You may use this platform for personal educational purposes related to understanding UAE tax obligations. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content for commercial purposes
• Use the AI Ask feature to process real taxpayer data containing PII
• Misrepresent information from this platform as official FTA guidance
• Attempt to overwhelm the platform with automated requests
• Use the platform to facilitate tax evasion or fraud

Intellectual Property

Original content on Resource.Tax (guide text, calculator logic, design) is the property of the platform owner. UAE tax law text and FTA publications referenced herein are public government documents.

Third-Party Services

This platform uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, TII Falcon via Cloudflare) for the Ask feature. Your questions submitted to the Ask feature are processed by these services. Do not submit personally identifiable information, TRN numbers, or confidential business data through the Ask feature.

No Warranty

This platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the platform owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of this platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
